The Mobile Clinic

Anti-Spam Policy

The Mobile Clinic Canada does not advertise this website, or any of its services, using unsolicited bulk email. This policy sets out how we contact people, what every message we send contains, and how to stop hearing from us.

Who we are

The Mobile Clinic is a Canadian healthcare services platform. We work with employers to make licensed practitioner care available to their employees at the workplace, at no cost to the employer and no cost to the employee.

This website, themobilecliniccanada.com, is our corporate identity site. It is a static informational site. It hosts no user accounts, no forums, no comment sections, no user-generated content, no affiliate programs, and no redirect or link-shortening services.

Our commitment

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23) and with the anti-spam laws of every jurisdiction we send into. Every commercial electronic message we send is sent on a lawful basis, identifies us clearly, and can be stopped on request.

This website is not advertised through unsolicited bulk email. We do not send, commission, permit, or benefit from unsolicited bulk email that references themobilecliniccanada.com. This prohibition binds our employees, our contracted practitioners, and any third party acting on our behalf.

What we prohibit

The following are prohibited without exception, for anyone sending on behalf of The Mobile Clinic Canada:

Any contractor or partner found in breach of this policy has their engagement terminated.

How we obtain business contact information

Our outreach is business to business. We contact people in professional roles that relate to employee benefits, human resources, health and safety, or workplace operations, and we write to them only about matters within those responsibilities.

We send to business role addresses only. We do not contact personal or consumer addresses. We do not send to any address obtained from a consumer list, and we suppress any address whose basis for contact we cannot establish.

What every message contains

We send plain, short, individually relevant messages. We do not send image-only mail, hidden text, obfuscated links, or attachments to people who have not asked for them.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any message from us with the word STOP, or write to cole@themobilecliniccanada.com, and we will remove you.

We action opt-out requests immediately on receipt, and in every case well within the ten business days required by CASL. Removal is permanent. Suppressed addresses are retained only so that they are never contacted again, and are never re-added to any sending list.

Reporting a violation

If you received a message that appears to come from us, or to advertise this website, and you believe it breaches this policy, please tell us. Send the message together with its full headers to cole@themobilecliniccanada.com or call (905) 407-9727.

We investigate every report. Where a message did not originate with us, we act to shut down the forgery, and we publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so that mail falsely claiming to come from our domain can be identified and rejected.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually and whenever our sending practices change. The effective date below reflects the current version.
